BODY BALLET FLYER

Body Ballet is a fitness workout that draws inspiration from classical ballet movements while incorporating elements of strength training, toning exercises, and stretches. It is designed to provide a total body workout, targeting various muscle groups and improving overall flexibility and body conditioning. Body ballet exercises are done into dynamic and slow music as well.
The class typically begins with a warm-up that includes gentle stretches and movements to prepare the body for the exercises ahead. After the warm-up, participants may perform a series of ballet-inspired exercises such as pliés, relevés, tendus, and arabesques.
In a Body Ballet class, we might also use resistance bands, small weights, or exercise blocks to add intensity to the workout and target specific muscle groups effectively. These props can enhance the challenge of certain exercises, leading to better muscle tone and definition.
Throughout the session, there may be a focus on working the upper body and the muscles in the arms and shoulders. This helps to create an evenly toned physique while also improving upper body strength.
Body Ballet classes often conclude with a port de bras for restoring breathing. Stretching helps to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension.
