Ballet has to look easy but it requires both physical and mental exertion. Those who study ballet are tasked with learning and demonstrating correct placement – which is difficult – and remembering and executing demanding routines

Alfiya Tazutdinova earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Petersburg University and holds a master’s degree from the prestigious Moscow State Academy of Choreography, showcasing her dedication to both academic and artistic pursuits.
